Big Brand Tire & Service

Man was extremely condescending when telling me information. Got my tires with them and they were SUPER unclear about the entire purchase. I asked for an alignment check (on my receipt) but one was never done. Told me I could come at 4pm then rushed to do my tires? Unclear about warranty purchasing, how it works, and how long I have to purchase warranty. Never go to a big brand tire, they all suck

Had a minor problem that I wasn't sure about, they accommodated same day, checked and assured me that it was nothing I needed to worry about right now and were very fair with the price.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Broadway Tucson location. In March 2026, I received a written estimate for replacing my front struts, CV axle, and related work for $1,631.15. When I returned three months later, the advisor quoted me over $1,900 for the struts alone. After I authorized the work, I was told the CV axle would bring the total to more than $2,900. Fortunately, I found my original written estimate at home and emailed it to the shop. Once they saw it, they immediately agreed to honor the original $1,631.15 price. I was told it had been a "special price," even though nothing on the written estimate indicated that. I'm not complaining that prices can increase over time. My concern is that I was quoted over $2,900 for the same repairs that had previously been estimated at $1,631.15, and only after I produced the original estimate did the price return to the original amount. Customers should keep copies of all written estimates.

Eric @ Big Brand Tires on Broadway in Tucson did a great job working with my 20yr old college son with his tire. He showed him how to put his donut on (which he actually already was taught, but was stressed to do himself). My son explained he still had a warranty with a different tire company on that tire. Eric told him to keep moving to where he bought tire a month earlier. Eric didn't make a sale today, but he absolutely gained a future customer because we will be frequenting his shop! THANK YOU ERIC:)

Eric is the most informative manager I have ever experienced. He took time to explain everything in great detail and never made me feel rushed. As a woman, this is a huge thing because mechanics & parts stores can be known to price gauge women. Eric made it very clear that he works with integrity first. He's earned a repeat customer FOR LIFE!
